Reporting Plan – If a player tests positive for Covid 19.  Each parent on that team will be notified and a mandatory 14-day self-quarantine will be mandated for at least any actions pertaining to Northern Burlington Soccer for the entire team. No player diagnosed will be permitted back to Northern Burlington Soccer Activities without a health care professional signing off in a written note.  If any of the players self-quarantining test positive the parent must notify the Coaching staff immediately.  Returning to play will be the same as for the initial player who tested positive.  In any situation the Northern Burlington Board will be notified immediately, and all teams will be notified that a person or persons from one of our teams has tested positive.

If any parent or family member tests positive the player from our team will need to self-quarantine until that family member is cleared by a medical professional.  If a parent tests positive the board will also be notified and the entire club only referencing that team.

If any Coach, Club official or their family members test positive for Covid 19 the same 14-day self-quarantine process will also need to take place as described above.  The person testing positive will need to be cleared by a Health Care Professional in writing before they resume their duties with the club.

For any team self-isolations that occur the NB Soccer Board will notify the league they play in immediately.

Our goal at Northern Burlington Soccer is to ensure our Players, Coaches, volunteers, Partners, parents and family members are safe.  By following the protocol described which is based on CDC, USSF and NJYS mandates and recommendations we feel we are doing our best to address this issue.
